We have two different options for membership.

NETWORK MEMBERSHIP

If you want to make your own investment decisions, hear presentations from companies looking for funding and be an expert advisor to the companies you fund, this option is for you.  For an initial payment of $2,500 then just $208.00 per month thereafter, you get access to all the deals and can invest what you want, when you want.

FUND MEMBERSHIP 

MICRO FUNDS are member-owned and member-managed limited liability companies, organized to provide members an opportunity for active involvement in a diversified capital investment process.  Our micro funds allow a buy in of $15,000 per person and close at $2 million, which makes it perfect for those who want diversification and prefer to ease into Angel investing.  Plus, our add-on option allows you to add additional amount to any one company you choose.
